

So, full confession: I’m 61 years old. And over the years, I’ve done a lot of different types of training:
- Magazine Workouts: Train Like Arnold! (Ridiculous and resulted in overtraining)
- College Weight Training Class: Actually a great experience. Designed by one of the strength coaches for the football team. If I had to do it all over again, I would have taken that class every semester.
- Standard MTTF or Bro Splits: Chest & Tri’s, Back & Bi’s, Legs, etc.
